ORDINANCE NO. 10
AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE OPERATION AND PARKING OF VEHICLES UPON TOWNSHIP PROPERTY USED FOR AIRPORT PURPOSES AND TO PROVIDE A PENALTY THEREFORE.
Section 1.
No power-driven vehicle shall be driven on any land, including public foot paths, owned by this Township and used for the operation of an airport except:
(1) On roadways and areas reserved for parking; and
(2) Vehicles supplying service facilities to airplanes using said airport.
Section 2.
Any person who operates a power-driven vehicle upon property of this Township used for an airport contrary to the provisions of the Ordinance in willful or wanton disregard of the rights or safeties of others or without due caution and circumspection and at a speed or in manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property shall be guilty of reckless driving.
Section 3.
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon lands owned by this Township and utilized for airport purposes except in areas designated for parking.
Section 4.
Any person who operates any vehicle upon land owned by this Township and utilized for an airport except on the roadways or parks a vehicle in areas not reserved for parking shall be guilty or a misdemeanor.
Section 5.
Any person violating any of the provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by fine and not exceeding FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) or imprisonment of NINETY (90) days, or both, in the discretion of the court.
Section 6.
